Good location near downtown stores and a business park, comfortable beds, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, microwave, and fridge.

The bed, the blankets, towel service, minimal pots, pans and utensils were not available to be checked out. Will not stay there again. Even charged us for an extra day and we had to argue that point.

This place is awesome, located right by the expressway. the room is really impressive and super cozy with a big, comfy king bed. the facilities here are top-notch! 🌟

Three rooms later.....no awful smell, cleaner bathroom and a new mattress.

Location is in a poor spot but the lighting is good. More for transients! Had to ASK for a hair dryer, coffee pot & coffee! The first room smelled of stale smoke, the second room smelled like a stale brewery! The 3rd room sufficed with lots of FABREEZE!

The room was impressive and exceptionally comfortable, equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. Decent location near the beach. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Plant Power, a quick-service food option.

the overall facilities where nice but it is a little hard to find because you have to take some side roads to get there. They were bringing in some new chairs for the rooms on the day I left.

the bathroom had a bubble over the tub. I told the staff they said there was a leak and the ceiling had not yet been fixed. I think if it was not fixed the room should hot have been rented. It would also be nice if when the room is cleaned the staff fill the ice trays with fresh water so the next person can have ice since they have no ice machine anywhere.

Great place with spotless rooms! The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and they take care of parking right here. Had an awesome stay 🌟 Thank you for everything!

Nothing, there is nothing good about this 'hotel'.

It states the lobby is open 24hrs, but it closes at 11pm. We hit traffic and arrived at 11:30. We where unable to get a hold of anyone to get into our room, after sitting on hold with the corporate office for an hour. Finally an employee who was clearly sleeping opened the door to check us in. Our room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was a hole in the door to our bathroom where someone clearly punched the door. I went to ask for a different room, no one was to be found and no one would answer the front desk phone. There is also no breakfest, that is also a lie. Complained to the front office in the morning, nothing was done.

Your room will never be cleaned. No clean towels will be delivered. The bedding was dirty when I got there. They do the minimum.

The area by the beach was nice and peaceful. 😌 The room had a tidy king bed, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful, magnificent location just off Chattanooga and airport and local stores, nice experience. The room was cheap, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a clean bathroom.

The staff was very rude.
